Looking to get some extra ice time without the pressure of a full league? Our Drop-In Hockey sessions are the perfect way to stay sharp, get active, and enjoy the game on your own schedule. Whether you’re working on your shot during Stick & Puck or jumping into a friendly Pick-Up game, there’s something for every level of player.
These sessions are open to all ages and skill levels—just bring your gear, your passion for the game, and get ready to hit the ice.

Looking to fine-tune your game in a relaxed, no-pressure environment? Our Stick & Puck sessions are designed for hockey players of all ages who want extra ice time to work on puck handling, shooting, skating, and overall technique—without the structure of a formal practice or game.
Whether you’re gearing up for your next season or just want to stay sharp, this is a great opportunity to get quality reps at your own pace.
Bring your stick, skates, and focus—Helmet, gloves, skates, pucks and sticks are mandatory for all participants (no shorts). Sessions coming soon!
- Flat Rate Per Session: $10
- Multi-Session Punch Passes: $100 for 11 sessions
