Flag Football
Our 10-week Indoor Flag Football program is a fast-paced and fun way to stay active this summer. Played on our indoor turf field, this non-contact version of football emphasizes strategy, teamwork, and quick play. Whether you’re looking for a competitive game or a casual way to get exercise with friends, indoor flag football offers an exciting environment for players of all skill levels to enjoy the game and stay active.

5v5 soccer
Our 10-week 5v5 Indoor Soccer program is a fun and fast-paced way for anyone to stay active this summer. Played on our indoor turf field with five players per team, the smaller teams allow for more touches on the ball, quick passes, and lots of opportunities to score. This format helps players build confidence, develop soccer skills, and learn teamwork in an energetic and supportive environment. It’s a great option for players of all skill levels who want to improve their game while having fun with friends. This program will run twice a week

Volleyball camps
YOUTH & BEGINNER LEVEL
This camp is specifically designed for beginner athletes ages 8-12 & 13-17 who are new to volleyball or just starting to build their skills. Our goal is to create a fun, supportive environment where players can learn the fundamentals and gain confidence from the ground up. Each 2-hour sessions is focused on athletic development, combining 1 hour of structured training with 1 hour of volleyball-specific instruction.
Our training is intentionally designed to complement on-court practice, helping athletes develop basic strength, coordination, and agility while learning essential volleyball skills. From passing and serving to movement and positioning, we break down the game in a way that’s easy to understand and apply. This camp provides the perfect introduction to volleyball while building a strong foundation for future growth.

ADVANCED PREP CAMP
This program is designed specifically for high school athletes looking to elevate their performance ahead of the upcoming volleyball season. Each 3-hour session is a structured experience, combining one hour of focused strength and conditioning with two hours of high-level volleyball training.
We aim to maximize player results by aligning physical training with on-court skill development. Athletes will improve strength, speed, and endurance while immediately applying those gains in volleyball-specific drills and gameplay. The integrated approach ensures each session is purposeful, efficient, and directly transferable to in-season performance. Whether you’re preparing for tryouts or aiming to compete at a higher level, this program provides the foundation needed to step into the season stronger, faster, and more confident.
